From 6:00–7:00 PM, browse A Novel Twist’s curated shelves while enjoying the warm atmosphere of Warehouse Distillery. Our book discussion runs from 7:00–8:00 PM, followed by another chance to shop from 8:00–9:00 PM.
Come for the fun and fellowship, stay for the great stories, and enjoy supporting two local small businesses who love bringing the community together.

Looking for a space where great stories, good conversation, and a little bit of heart all come together? Our Contemporary Romance Book Club is the perfect place to fall in love with reading all over again.
Join us on the second Tuesday of each month at Java Dirt for an evening filled with engaging discussion, laughter, and connection. Whether you’re a longtime romance reader or just dipping your toes into the genre, you’ll find a welcoming community ready to share the journey with you.
Our book discussion runs from 6:30–7:30 PM.
Each month, we explore a contemporary romance novel that celebrates real-life love stories that are messy, beautiful, hopeful, and deeply human. From small-town charm to second chances, we’ll dive into the characters, themes, and moments that stay with us long after the final page.
This isn’t just a book club. This is a gathering of “Twisters” who believe in the power of story, connection, and a good happily-ever-after (or at least a meaningful one).

Join the Den!
The Ale House hosts their own book club and I am honored to setup in their parking lot on that evening so members, as well as others in the general public, can stop by and browse the bookshop.
The Club, although officially “romance,” may choose to read other genres along the way including suspense, etc. The key is…members get to decide.
The club officially meets at 6:30 PM and the shop is open from 4:00-7:00 PM.

You don’t have to be a literary expert – just bring your curiosity, an open mind, and your love for a good story.
